    Description : In this 30 minute class you will be using a large cast-iron ball-shaped weight with a single handle. Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves with a Kettlebell, targeting almost every aspect of fitness – endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance.
